Whistle Express Car Wash

This by far is the best car wash I have ever experienced! Your staff is professional , engaged, and customer focused. I have been a member since you opened. The one gentleman in particular (Lonnie) is outstanding! He is always checking in with me to see if I need anything and inspects my vehicle to make sure it was cleaned appropriately by the wash. He is an asset to not only this location but to your company! I look forward to visiting this location just to see Lonnie and his big smile! You are fortunate to have a team member like him!

Disappointed. I drove 20 mins to come to this car wash. I just purchased a new vehicle. Trying to keep it clean. I am interested in getting a monthly subscription somewhere. I saw this carwash had towels and supplies free with washes and decided to try them out. The website had a deal for a $5 wash for first time to try. I thought, “I’ll try them out and if I like it, I’ll sign up for the monthly service.” Got to the place. (20 mins away) and the coupon would not work. All the employee would say was he’s sorry and that it’s not working. I’m not asking for anything for free. I wanted the $5 coupon that I received from your website honored. You were more than likely going to get a lot more of my money but he would not honor it. He said the only thing he could do was give me a wash for free and he wasn’t going to do that. Yeah, I could’ve paid for the wash. But for me it was the principle. You drew me in with a coupon you then refused to honor. Great. So I wasted gas, as expensive as that is, and time to drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back.

The car was wasn’t great. I still had bug residue on my hood and passenger side window. I have a membership however the last two visits, the camera doesn’t register my license plate and I have to wait for assistance. Lonny was a great help in offering his assistance in helping me dry off the harder to whip down part of my car. Greatly appreciated his help today!

The best car wash in our area. Friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond for the customers. Lonnie is great, he asks every time if he can clean my mats and makes sure I am happy with the wash. Would highly recommend.

Excellence Customer Service love the personality and concerned about making sure your car was clean thoroughly. Thank you JJ!! God bless you abundantly! I did have a few bug guys left on the front but I wiped it off with provided towels and cleaner! Overall for 30 I’m okay with the service provided!
